Clara’s Deli is named in honor of Clara Young, wife of Red X founder, Edward Young. Their son, Zeke, and his daughter, Jen, know Clara would’ve gotten a kick out of having the deli named after her. Not to mention, Clara’s Deli is another way we carry on the family owners’ hard work, love for the community, customers and employees.
Like so many grandmas, Clara always made sure people were well fed with great food. What better way to continue that tradition than with home-style comfort foods and all the sides, mouthwatering sub sandwiches, and deli trays for parties and tailgating?
