RED X Rewards Rules & Regulations
Enrolling
Customers can enroll in the Red X Rewards program at the Red X Riverside store. Information forms and cards are available at any register. To receive special offers, or to be able to access points if card is lost, you must fill out and turn in the information form to the cashier. If you lose your card and have not filled out the information form, we have no way to retrieve your point balance.
Redemption
Rewards are not transferable and may only be used by the cards registered to the given account. Only one reward credit may be applied to each transaction. To redeem a special offer from the store simply show your card at checkout or enter your card number online. Please note, it will not reflect on your online total balance but will be adjusted on your final balance.
To redeem points, present your Rewards card at the time of purchase. You will be given the opportunity to apply applicable points to the current purchase or save them for a later purchase. If you are purchasing online and you have points available to redeem, your personal picker will call to offer those points to be applied to your order or saved for later.
Rewards have no cash value and no change will be given for reward redemption. Rewards may be used only once.
Non-Qualifying purchases
The following items are non-qualifying purchases and do not earn points: all liquor products, all tobacco products, fluid dairy, lottery, postage stamps, gift cards, money orders.
Card Use
Red X Rewards is a card-based program and the Rewards card must be present at the time of purchase to receive points for your transaction.
Red X Rewards cards that are not used for 12 months may no longer receive communication regarding the Red X Rewards program. Points do not expire.
Expired Rewards Points
Red X Rewards points do not expire as long as the terms and conditions still apply. Prior to any changes being made to the program; communication will be given to all current rewards program members. Members will be given the opportunity to redeem any unused points before any changes take place.
Member Communications
You may review your account activity by contacting Customer Service at (816) 741-3377 with your name, email, phone number and Red X Rewards card number. We will then get back with you within 48 hours with your account activity.
General Program Information
The Red X Rewards card program is brought to you by Riverside Red X. By opting in when getting your Red X Rewards card, you agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from Red X. The Riverside Red X logo and the design of brand elements on the Red X Rewards card and riversideredx.com, and other logos and taglines are the intellectual property of Riverside Red X. Card program rules are void where and to the extent prohibited by law. Taxes may apply where required by law. The laws of the State of Missouri apply to this program and you agree that any claim related to the program will be bought in the state of Missouri. Red X reserves the right to change/discontinue the Red X Rewards program at any time.
